In order to provide its services more healthily and fairly, to reach donors, volunteers and those in need when necessary and to evaluate the demands of those in need in a healthy way, the Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association requests some of your personal information.

 

The Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association reserves its rights to collect and process the personal information given to it, which is considered as personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, for use alone and/or in combination with other personal data, and to share it with relevant third parties and institutions by the Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the person accepts that their personal data will be collected, processed, reached through all means of communication and that the current practice will continue unless they notify their preferences regarding data sharing in writing.

Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy. Our Association has the title of “Data Controller” within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), which was published in the Official Gazette on 07.04.2016 and entered into force.

 

Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about your collected personal data, the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and for what purpose it will be transferred, the collection methods, legal reasons and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the “Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.”

 

a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), your personal data is collected and processed by Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association as the data controller within the scope explained below.

 

b) For What Purposes Will Your Personal Data Be Processed?

 

Your personal data obtained from our valued online visitors within the scope of the Candidate Application Form, system, evaluation platforms and academy process activities are processed by our association for the limited purpose of conducting training, evaluation and job placement processes.

 

In this context, your personal data will be stored by the Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association within the framework of this Law and will be processed within the framework of the approval you have given. We would like to state that; Your Personal Data may be used by us for the purposes of carrying out promotional and informative communications regarding our Association, collecting and compiling statistical information and developing donation activities.

 

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this Information and Consent Text will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us and will continue to be used when the purpose requiring processing is eliminated according to the KVKK article 7/f.1 and/or when the limitation periods required for us to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire.

 

c) Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data is automatically processed electronically based on the explicit consent to be obtained from our valued online visitors, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK.

 

d) Your Collected Personal Data

Identity Information: Name, surname, TR ID No., year of birth, gender

Contact Information: Mobile phone number, e-mail.

Workplace, city of residence, institution and position information, social media profile links (LinkedIn, GitHub), CV.

Education Information: Information about the school you graduated from/currently study at and the department.

Professional Experience: Years of Professional Experience, CV, social media links showing professional experience

Other: Measurable behavioral and communication competencies in processes such as class participation, learning ability, adaptability, ability to produce solutions, information about works that are part of the process such as homework/project, feedback about you, candidate introduction presentation and evaluations that can be created by the Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association about the process, information that can be included in your answers to our optional, short-answer and open-ended questions, a recording video that will not be shared anywhere (social media, website, etc.) for the sole purpose of providing evidence that the project was implemented during the training.

 

e) To Whom and For What Purposes Can Your Processed Personal Data Be Transferred

Your personal data specified in article (d) of this disclosure text; in line with the realization of the purposes specified in article (b) and limited to the fulfillment of these purposes; with our instructors and employees located in Turkey and abroad and our interns, volunteers working during the program process, evaluation platforms during the selection process, our business partners, our supporters and within the scope of Google Services, the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of the KVKK and the purposes specified above may be transferred limitedly.

 

f) By participating in signature campaigns, becoming a magazine subscriber and leaving us your contact information so that we can contact you, you accept this privacy policy and allow the Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association to collect, store and process your information in accordance with the legislation.

 

g) The Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association does not record and store your personal data subject to donation, such as Credit Card, Debit Card and BKM Express Account information (i.e. Credit Card Number). The Innovation and Young Entrepreneurs Association secures donation payments with SSL-based 128-bit encryption.

i) Information on Your Rights Under the KVKK as a Personal Data Owner

Our donors and online visitors whose personal data is processed, and those who apply for training;

 

To learn whether their personal data is processed, If there is personal data processed, to request information about it,

 

To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether this data is used in accordance with the purpose,

 

To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to request correction of errors in personal data and if a transfer has been made, to request this correction from the relevant third party,

 

To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of this data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data are eliminated and if a transfer has been made, to request that this request be communicated to the third party to whom it was transferred,

 

To object to a negative result related to the person as a result of the processed data,

 

To claim compensation within the framework of the law in case of damages arising from unlawful data processing.

 

You may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP Law, in Turkish and in writing and with a wet signature or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Association and registered in our system, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in accordance with the Communiqué on the PDP Law and the Data Controller. In applications, only information about the applicant will be provided, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. The Association reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

 

Your application must include;

 

Your name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,

 

Your Turkish Republic identity number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, your nationality, passport number or your identity number if you are a foreigner,

 

Your place of residence or workplace address for notification,

 

Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,

 

Your request subject must be included, and if any, information and documents related to the subject must also be attached to the application.

 

You can send it to info@innostartyouth.com e-mail address by attaching the necessary documents as the data controller. According to the nature of your request, the information and documents that will allow identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be problems in the complete and qualified conduct of the research to be conducted by the Association based on your request. In this case, the Association declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent completely according to the nature of your request and include the requested information and documents for identification purposes.
